It already happened here in Washington State! Quite a few RV's here in Washington State, close to border towns with Oregon and Idaho were having there RV's being registered in Oregon & Idaho (cheaper to license) and our then Queen Christine Gregoire (Gov.) at that time, launched a full scale investigation via the Washington State Patrol. Anyway, she made examples out of the ones who were caught (large fines) and let everyone know about it thru TV & Radio.
