The people who register in SD when they go full time are NOT setting up LLC's. Limited Liability Company. Setting up a 'company' for the SOLE purpose of registering an RV to avoid taxes IS what the issue is about in many states. If they summons your records for your 'company' and all that is listed is your RV registration? Kinda a no brainer that it's fraud.
