And C-Leigh how about NC having one of the highest fuel taxes in the US used for roads (they say) yet after you pay for them they are now starting to put tolls on them.....if its not stopped now before long I-95, I-77, I-40, and I-85 will all be toll roads. I-540 around Raleigh is already collecting them. Just another tax.
Frederick county has emissions testing.
