An RV with that many miles is unusual, but if everything is in good shape and has been well maintained I wouldn't be too concerned about mileage specifically. RV chassis have a pretty easy life - mostly highway miles, good roads, and well maintained by people who don't want to get stranded on vacation. Compare this to all the E350 based commercial trucks out there with far more abuse and far higher miles that seem reliable enough.
Obviously it has been used a lot. Things do wear out. Plan/budget accordingly.
