A friend once said he would never buy a used rental vehicle because he knows how he mis-treats rentals. With numerous drivers with various driving styles it's like playing the lotto...sometimes you win but most times you lose.
Most RVs begin to really show age issues after year 15. Leaks, appliance failures plus drive-train issues on a Class C with that many miles.
I would look for something with less mileage and closer to 10 years old for similar dollars.
