What input will lot owners have regarding the upkeep of the resort in general?
Are there monthly maintenance fees and if yes, how are they set?
What if the resort is sold? What if it gets into financial difficulties? Are the owners able to simply close up if they get into trouble?
Predicting the future of the area and the park itself, is always a gamble of sorts. It just needs to be well thought out.......
