If you do a few searches in the snowbird forum I think you'll come across some information about this topic.
I've been thinking about it for about three years and I decided not to. Two things I have learnt about RV lots is if you want to sell make sure you're in a destination area, not just a warm place.
The second is lots do not fall down in price. The reason is that those that own them normally pay cash and would rather hold onto them then take a loss (their kids can deal with it when their gone.) So on the surface they may appear as a good investment, but they don't sell unless they are in a high demand destination area.
