Right now, according to local news, the lack of fuel is the biggest problem for many. The lines are long at the service stations and many people cannot get enough fuel to evacuate.
With several refineries out of commission in Texas, this has just aggravated the problem. Of course now with the traffic going out, it is difficult for fuel trucks to get in here. At a certain point in time, if they follow previous evacuation situations, ALL lanes of the major highways will be switched to northbound traffic only.
