I'd heavily suggest a really small class C in your case. I believe it can create more simplicity as well.
Consider that it feels like driving a large pickup truck. The cabs are not way off the road and you'll feel more in control of the vehicle. Finding places to park is a snap. You'll even want to use it more for small trips. Have friends or family in town that you get together with? It's simple to drive in the coach.
We love our little Toyota and bring it all over town. We even go to the supermarket with it. It's not really roomy enough for my wife and 5 children to go camping in however so we use the bounder for that. For getting around, day trips it is perfect. If it was just my wife and I, I know for a fact this is all we'd have. Unfortunately, they don't make them anymore - however, there are many smaller coaches out there.
