Thanks everyone. Some considerations are: When at the lake, it is too easy to stay indoors and enjoy the space/comfort. Thinking we would like to go back to life under the awning. Maybe a place to sleep and cook is about all we need? When we go to the lake, my wife pulls the boat anyway. We are looking for a full-time bed. Maybe a drop-down bed like a Trek??? I have a large sewer dolly for COE parks and primitive CG's. Looking to buy a 40 gal car-top fresh water bladder. Need (want) jacks and generator. Probably a 28 to 30 ft Class C. Have I forgotten anything or do you think this would work?
Although the Monaco Safari Trek is a great coach, the last new one was manufactured in 2008, which is not a problem if you would consider a used coach. Others have tried a flip down bed and ARG is now producing the Trek again with the drop down bed.
