Is it time to downsize?

Is it time to downsize. We have an 04 Dutch Star with 94,000 miles, and we didn't use it much this year. Mostly to visit family and to go to the lake. Drove about 1000 miles. We have put about 200,000 miles on this and prior coaches and have had an amazing time. But, we are thinking its time to transition to a "camper." I'm 71. We have been about everyplace we want to go that the DSDP will take us. Now, its just fishing trips and kicking back at the lake and occasional short trips to family destinations. This pusher seems like overkill for that.

I said all that in order to ask if anyone else has or is thinking about downsizing from a diesel pusher to a towable or maybe a class C? Will I regret it?

    It may be time to sell. If you like fishing, you could get a travel trailer or 5th wheel and park on a seasonal lot. I think Diesel Pushers are best when you want to travel and 5th wheels are best when you want to stay put.

    It's probably a good time to sell a large MH because gas prices are low and people are getting comfortable with that. Until they get the rude awakening in a couple of years, they'll feel like fuel is a bargain. Heck, sales of larger gas guzzling vehicles are already way up form last year.
    I think it's a great climate to sell.
