Once we own it, we can take it anywhere if it needs fixing. And there is always a risk of something major going wrong with any vehicle. Old fuel is a distinct possibility, I doubt it has been used since last summer. I talked to a friend who is enough of a mechanic that he fixes his own vehicles, although he doesn't do it professionally, and he was also of the opinion that it was probably something simple. On our very limited budget, we're not going to find something with absolutely no problems. I can live with 9/10 odds. ;)
