Chassis related issue are fixable, most of the time, but for a coach of that vintage your focus should be more above the floor. If the house side is solid with no evidence of water leaks, delamination and all house related mechanical items are fully function use the stalling to drive the price down. You will be taking a risk that the torque convertor lock up is not releasing which will require removal of the transmission to correct or it could be a simple as a vacuum leak fixed with a $5 gasket.
