Yep! My bet, the asking price is close to what the current owner owes the bank, not the current value to you as a private party. What you want is the best deal, . . . . . for YOU! I don't know about the factory coach warranty, but, the chassis warranty is about to expire due to time with very low miles. Everyone has to determine the units value for themselves, but, on this one I would go with the Rick Harrison (of Pawn Stars) theory and shoot the seller a low offer of $35,000. Then be prepared for sparks to fly. IMO, the current asking price ($65,900) isn't going to happen. On second thought, although the pics show the unit in a country setting and it appears to be a private party sale, this ad has dealer sale written all over it. The ideal purchase would best be made from the private party, not their agent, if that's the case.
