Back in the 90's, Isuzu supplied the engines for the medium sized trucks sold by both GM and the Isuzu NPR series of trucks. This became the platform for the 1992-1994 Safari Trek line of small RV's with the Isuzu 4 cylinder diesel engine. Those old Safari Treks are still sought after by people that want a small reliable RV.
Perhaps some manufacturer will decide to use this new chassis/engine combination and start a new line of small RV's with GM engines and Isuzu chassis.
