ISL Exhaust Manifold Leak - How far can I drive it?

Have a 2003 ISL370 CAPS engine. Found a 'fresh' small exhausts leak from the manifold gasket of #3. Believe it blew about 700 miles ago, when I heard a new noise climbing a grade on 395. I inspect...

Any chance you have a loose bolt at that spot that you could re-torque? At least until you can get a more permanent fix.
