ISL Exhaust Manifold Leak - How far can I drive it?

Have a 2003 ISL370 CAPS engine. Found a 'fresh' small exhausts leak from the manifold gasket of #3. Believe it blew about 700 miles ago, when I heard a new noise climbing a grade on 395. I inspect...

I would start soaking all of the bolts with PB Blaster or Kroil penetrating oil in the hopes that all will come out. Soak the bolts that hold the turbo to the maniflold too.
