I"m fond of saying many RVers have a few screws loose (IN this case a ground screw on a wiring harness).
The jacks down alarm is common on a couple brands of hydraulic jacks which use a float switch in the fluid tank to tell if the jacks are up (The theory is if the tank's full the jacks are up.. Which is generally true. but if the tank is NOT full.. the jacks may still be full up due to fluid loss via other paths some of which are NOT an indication of tribbles)
Adding a cup of tranny fluid of the proper type fixe it.
When you hit the JACKS UP button there is a "Heck" of a very brief load placed on the electrical system as 4 magnets all kick in at once. this can fake out the gauges as well.
