Happy anniversary, you lucky beach bums! We're in between ice storms here in NoVa
(and in between power outages, as well).
There are several very cool lava tube formations on Hawaii. Google Thurston (very easy,
short hike) and/orPua Po'o (love the name) lava tubes.
Also, there are various outfitters to take you on rainforest/dryforest birding tours, if you're
into that kinda thing, but some of them can be kinda pricey.
Of course, these suggestions are just in case you want to get off your beach chairs.
Wouldn't blame you if you didn't.
Have fun and eat lots of macadamia nuts for me - Mahalo!
