I have a question for the air experts here. What happens if I'm driving down the road and the tires are nice and hot I notice that one needs air. I was thinking the best thing to do would be to check the pressure in a couple of other tires and inflate the low tire to that pressure. But if you do that you're putting cold air into the tire and mixing it with warm air in the tire so if you fill it back to the pressure of the other tires, doesn't that leave it room to heat up more and end up with too much pressure?
