That is what I found when I did a search for JPOLE RV on google...

Didn't make any sense to me what it was... I first thought it may be those tow hooks you see on some bumpers????

Did a google search on J plug and it looks to be an inflatable plug for stopping up sewer lines.

ON my 2002 Holiday Rambler Ambassador its under the Dash on the left of the steering wheel. Kind of hard to get to.

Same location on my 96 Safari, except it's to the right of the steering column.
