Jack pad covers

Anyone tried the rubber jack pad covers. A little pricey but looks like a good idea.

  • Just go to tractor supply and buy a stall mat and cut the size of pads you need .cost about 38.00. I cut 24 pads out of one horse stall mat.
  • They are hard rubber pads that fit over the steel pad. 150 bucks for set of 4 seems expensive but they look effective in providing protection without crawling under the motorhome.
  • I'm not sure what you mean by rubber jack pad covers?

I Googled it and rubber covers for jack stands or floor jacks came up.

There were also some that fitted to the pads of hydraulic leveling jacks on MHs? If this is what you're referring to, I don't think they're big enough or strong enough to support a DP on soft soil like grass.
