I don't know what year you have, but in my 2006 26Q the circuit breaker that controls the rear bedroom is the second one from the top.

I would snap all of them, hard, off and on. Then check the outlets.

As for the patio GFI all I have is an outside receptacle on the passenger side and it is not a GFI but is connected to the one above the sink.
