IAMICHABOD it was the breaker - the 2nd one down like you said! It looked like it was in the proper place but when I pushed it I could tell it wasn't where it was supposed to be! Popped it off then back on and now we have electricity back there. Thank you thank you - we are in Homer Alaska and the repair options are somewhat limited.

PapPappy thank you for your input as well - wasn't needed for this particular repair but I will keep in it mind if I have future electric problems.
