My experinence along with many other SENECA/GREYHAWK owners have been just the opposite of az99. Our 2008 has been basically flawless and is now pushing 45,000 miles so it is not just sitting in the driveway.
JAYCO was the largest producer of "SUPER C's" on the KODIAK chassis. The problem is you only hear from those who had problems. I personally know 7 SENECA owners and about that many with GRAYHAWKS and their experience has been basically the same as mine. The few problems we did have were "supplier" issues, Norcold doors being the biggest.
As with any product out there, you will always have a few bad units and JAYCO has gone above and beyond to make it right. I just had my unit at the factory to get a new step installed and while it was there JAYCO corrected a counter top problem, no charge. My MH is 5 yrs old.
