Price is pretty low for a coach of it's class which makes the drive worth it but sleep on it before you make an offer. Check the chassis build year. Ford changed the engine and transmission for model year 2006 but the coach could be built on a 2005. Not a show stopper just something to be aware of. As long as there is no signs of sidewall delamination or roof leaks might be a good deal. With consideration of the coach age and price I would even look past what could be expected as normal wear and tear of the interior or of color fade of the exterior.Also if you plan to pay cash for the coach great but if not you're on the edge of coach age for standard financing. After 10 years it gets a bit difficult to find a bank willing to take the risk.Good luck and post what you find.

Verify the tire date codes. Try to get service records and definitely check out the interior for evidence of leaks.Other than that, sounds like a good deal! Good luck!

Google the phone number. This guy has listed many RV's. It looks like it is a sudo-dealer. I have seen other ads with very low prices on Craigslist. Mostly in the auto section. Not sure what they are up to. More often than not, they are not real. Excellent advice here.

I like how 10forty2 stated to check tire date codes. Tires are without doubt very expensive and SHOULD always be taken into consideration when buying a coach.

That seems to be an incredible price for a Tiffin MH. Have you spoken to the seller to make sure it's not a scam? If so, I would take a veteran RV'r that knows what to look for when buying a used RV with you to check it out. And if everything checks out, go for it.

This may sound like nit-picking, but be careful. After looking at the pics on CL and a little search on the Tiffin site, that model coach does not come with a sofa and dinette as it is described. You had the option of one or the other.

I may be blowing this out of proportion, but I would hate to see someone get taken advantage of. You hear about it happening all the time.

Thanks for the comments. the pictures show the interior complete with the couch. there is only a small table to eat at. This beast shows well in the pictures, both inside and outside.

It looks and sounds identical to my 2005. I purchased it new for about $75K, and it listed for about $95K. It should have 2 roof airs and a 5.5 kw generator to cope with the Florida heat and humidity. I would hate to have to sell mine for $25K. I've had no problems or complaints. The later engine and trans. should make it even better.
