I like the interior!
Assuming the engine rebuild included the carb, you should be fine for the next ten years. One of my trucks, 1987 F350, has a 460 with the 4bbl Holley carb, and that needed to be "rebuilt" - the "power boot" in the carb, some sort of rubber thingy, had hardened with age and so the engine ran rough. Once that was fixed, engine has been great. Also, check the exhaust manifolds - depending on which ones the engine has, factory manifolds can warp and crack with age. These are issues that happen with engines that are decades old.
