Many years ago I bought a long set of good jumper cables at Sams Club. They reached from the chassis battery to the coach batteries on our Roadtrek 210P. Now, they also reach on our small Class C. No hassle, just them like you would use any jumper cables. By firing up the genset prior to jumping, you have a lot of juice to get the engine started.
