Congrats, enjoy your MH!
I took great interest in understanding everything about ours. I did kill the house batteries through misunderstanding the way to estimate state of charge with a voltmeter (it only works at least 8 hours with no charging - 12.0 volts is as low as you can go without damage).
Propane is a great source of heat and cold. Be familiar with the furnace and fridge, propane detector, and maintenance. The hoses connecting propane bottles leak after a few years and must be replaced. Don't tolerate any propane leak.
Tires. With motorhomes, you never wear them out; they die of old age after 5 to 7 years. Wheel covers when parked for weeks, and half hour drives every month of the year help.
Can you change a wheel? Only one way to find out. Find someone to show you if at all possible. If you can't or don't want to, subscribe to road assistance for your rig.
Can you see well enough to back into a camp site or parking space? A backup camera is a reasonably easy project.
