The recommended minimum pressure is 55 lbs. I recommend starting at 70 lbs. and adjust up or down.
To get the ride height corrected, raise the front of the coach so the suspension is fully extended and inflate both bags to 100-110 lbs. The reason for doing this is to fully expand the bags. Lower the coach and adjust the pressure to the desired level.
The height is checked by measuring vertically from the top of the lower rubber bump stop.
Your chassis would be a P32.
No need to replace the springs unless the have collapsed.
