I don't think that keeping the motorhome unloaded would be of much benefit - but it might be good to store the RV with the whole weight of the motorhome coach off both the tires and the springs.
Soom folks keep cars in storage on axle jacks to remove the vehicle's weight from both the tires and the springs. I suspect that this would be a good thing for a motorhome, too, if one had a fast and convenient way to do this whenever returning from a trip.
