Keep loaded or UNLOAD
I am just wondering.......is it best for springs, shocks and general overall 'health' of coach to unload the storage bays totally-to reduce weight constantly being enforced? I have always left mine in...

I can't imagine what you might be loading into a C that would significantly add to the 10,000 to 12,000 pounds it weighs "empty" because that house is a permanent load on the chassis, which is not really unloaded until you can get it down to its 4800 pound empty weight.
Cords, hoses, a couple aluminum folding chairs stay in my lower compartments. Pots, pans, utensils stay in the kitchen. All food and drink, most of the clothing, come out. Camping stuff, consisting of one tub of outdoor cooking gear, a grill and a tent if I carry them, come out. Not because of the weight, but I want that stuff for tent camping, when I'm not RVing.
