Keeping Water in My Freshwater Tank During Storage?

We have a 24 ft Thor Siesta Class C rv. Should I fill the fresh water tank with water if I am going to store it in storage for over a month? Should I add anything to it to keep it clean? We do not dri...

fill with city water. get an empty plastic bottle and fill it at the same time. place capped bottle on counter inside rv. leave it there till you return. is water in bottle is OK, then tank is OK. drain and refill before you leave to fill with fresh treated water. use just as you would tap water at home.
