Kelderman Air Ride

I had mine done in Oskaloosa at the factory. I drove 8 hours to get there.It took them 2 days to install. They have hook ups and let you stay in the motorhome at no charge. They are great people to deal with. If I were you I would drive the extra miles to Oskaloosa.
As for whether or not it is worth it, only you can decide that. The ride improves, but it will never ride like a cadilac or DP. I am happy with mine.

I think my installer drilled some holes. Call the company and discuss. They will get it straight. My installer is Madison Spring in Madison WI and I think I am the only Kelderman they have installed. Good luck.

All I know right now is that the installer says the parts are not right, holes are not there, some replacement parts are lighter than the ones on the Ford (1/2 inch bolts vs 5/8 inch bolts) etc. also, the diagrams do not match the chassis. Right now I'm facing two 7 hour round trips and no work done. Not happy at this point.

Mine is on a 2011 chassis. I had no idea the 2013 had changed much if at all. Are you sure yours is 2013 chassis or is it 2013 on 2012 chassis. Mine is 2012 on 2011 chassis. My installers played with it but got it installed. I think my next call and probably trip is to Oksaloosa. Friend had his done in New Mexico and went to the home base and they tweaked things and basically treated him very well and made it wonderful. If there are changes they will figure a work around. Let us know how it comes out.
