Works on our '06 E350 Winnie

Our 06 Outlook (Winnebago/Ford) came with two fobs. Bought two more from the wreckers ( came from a Ford truck or mini van, same style fob for at least 7 years. Followed the instructions in the E-450 owners manual to program the extras.
And our keyless entry does lock/unlock the coach door.

Also Ford sells a keypad which works with the power door locks (whether you have key-fobs already or not). It's wireless, so it pairs-up with the van just like a key-fob.

I have a key fob. It has a small red light on the dash next to the passenger door that flashes when the doors are locked with the key fob. The light stays flashing while the doors are locked.

All E-series with power locks have Keyless Entry from the factory starting with the 2003s. The only think missing from most is the key fob!

It also is easy to program in new fobs. The dealer does not need to do it.
