I think u answered your own question low flow on hot and cold ;;stand alone sprayer has proper flow and pressure ;; filter/sceen/aerator clean;; = bad faucet
Did you run/flush faucet hot/cold sides WITHOUT aerator installed?
W/O Aerator is flow still low?
Aerators have a 'flow restrictor'....if flow is good w/o aerator then faucet is good....just remove restrictor.
If flow is same (low flow.no improvement) w/o aerator then faucet cartridge is bad. Could just be clogged...replace cartridge.
If you don;t like faucet...replace it
