Kitchen vent

Planning to rebuild kitchen area in my Class C.

Will replace double sink with single bowl and replace three burner with a two burner. Obviously for more counter space.

In process I am considering removing the hood with fan.

Would like to mount a Fantastic Fan in the wall to provide venting while cooking and also when air flow is desired.

Any comments on this?

    I don't have a Fantastic Fan so I don't know how difficult it would be to seal it against the weather. That would be a consideration.

    LOL. I hate cooking stink in the camper.

    I think the FF idea is a good one. Probably do a heck of a lot better job and way less noisy.

    I asked my wife and she thinks the Fantastic Fan would be a good alternative to the exhaust fan. Go for it.

    Our kitchen vent/light/ hood is not an item I would remove or change. Works good and doesn't take up much room. The only problem is that, for some reason, my wife thinks that the only time to turn on the fan is when the ceiling timer goes off - which is the smoke alarm.
