As I stated in the first post in this thread, I cannot understand why the vast majority of motor homes no more than 38 feet have kitchen counters/storage not appreciably bigger than our 19' travel trailer, yet every fifth wheel that I've ever seen has had a perfectly adequate kitchen.
I applaud you for being able to cook in 12 or 15 inches of counter space with no problem. It is a skill I have not mastered in 10 years.
Of all the features we have been searching for in a MH, finding a used unit under 38 feet for sale with an adequate kitchen is the biggest challenge. It is frustrating.
