I will say one thing I have learned, and that is that baffled mufflers are noisier than mufflers filled with absorption and typically do not flow as well. While I have not specifically tested the Aero, I have tested other baffled mufflers including Flowmaster. Anytime you use a rigid material inside a muffler, it will transfer energy to the outside of the case. While it may reduce noise at the end of the pipe, the noise through the shell is much worse, so it will be louder inside the cabin. You will also get a drone at certain engine speeds that will make our head implode.
