I've had DTV for 19 years on the S&B house and now on the MH. I had zero issues until they merged with AT&T recently. My bill included the cost of 7 movies I had watched in March. So I called and spoke with a rep and she also wondered how I could watch 7 movies on the same date and the same time 6 months ago, which I hadn't. She apologized and reduced my monthly bill by 50 bucks for a year and gave me NFL Sunday Ticket for a year free. My last bill reflected the 50 dollar reduction and I do have the NFL package so I am pleased.
