Kwikee Jacks are 2 way hydraulic..... There are no Springs to retract the cylinders.....
If you do drain off the hydraulic fluid... You are going to need a pry bar and brute strength to get them to retract....
I would try hot wiring the pump while the retract harness is plugged in....
