Kwikee leveling jacks

We have a 2008 Lattitude and jacks will not go down. This company does not have a phone number so we can talk to someone about the problem. You can email them your question and they say you will get an answer, but nothing so far.

So, asking all of you who probably know better than them!

They will not dump the air, go down in automatic or manual mode.
