Kwikee step control

I am pretty sure they are not interchangeable. I have a 1999 american eagle the power step control went out on it. I tried to find a replacement for it with no luck. Kwikee made changes to the unit sometime after 99. I found that the motor on my step was still good so I hardwired the motor to a manual switch and it works fine. I just have to remember to bring in the step before traveling. I will use this switch until the motor goes bad then replace the whole thing
