Ladder/chair rack
Thinking about getting a ladder rack that goes on the back of the MH to hold the step ladder and a couple of chairs. Was wondering how everything is secured onto the MH, don't want things dropping off...

The ladder on my MH is built to withstand 250 lbs, so if properly secured a light step ladder and a couple of lawn chairs will not over max the ladder. For securing the ladder and chairs to the ladder, I use a couple of small ratchet straps and a cable ratchet strap with a padlock. Yes it still can be stolen, but you would have to have a big bolt cutter or take the ladder and all off of the MH. A friend says I look like a red neck going down the road, but I have no compartment large enough for the step ladder to be in and with my lack of height a step ladder is a must have.:b
