I purchased my first Coach from La Mesa and I can tell you that they not only helped me get started with excellent help and lessons, but when it came to service, they had an excellent shop managed by the service manager from the former Prevost Featherlight company that went out of business at that location 2 years earlier. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and even gave us a huge break on repair costs when we needed it. Don't let this one experience sour your opinion of the dealership.
