Nothing is LCI's fault? Really? The system FAILED. They make an inferior product. Don't believe me? Check other RV forums and you'll be amazed at the horror stories about their products. Before you run your mouth read the whole post.
As for me doing 'all the work', I'm a retired Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor from the U.S. Army. I am recently retired from owning/operation a welding/fabricating/machine shop. So I pretty well know my way around mechanical stuff. Also, the so called tech rep from LCI was adamant right off the bat that I had no voltage to the solenoid on the motor. With a volt meter I showed 14.2 volts. This is where he started the let's probe wires routine. LCI's owners manual states 'IF ERROR MESSAGE PERSISTS, CHANGE CONTROL UNIT' which I did to no avail. So, yes, I am laying a bunch of the blame on LCI.
