If the slide fails while on the road you will be better off having access to the repair video than without it!
Really no winning for LCI on one hand they are criticized for not having full service manual available on the other hand having a repair video available is not good either!
But note LCI makes the frame,the slides,leveling system, and electronics. In the end it's easy to bash them for something but it must not be so easy for RV manufactures to replace them! LOL
