Leak around bathroom skylight; purchase or not?

Looking to spend about $40,000 on a used rig. Would like a DP but not sure it's in the cards with our budget. I have seen two units we really like in our budget but both show signs of a leak around the bathroom skylight. The ceiling can be easily moved with little pressure. Would this be something to walk away from or could a novice fix the damage. Thanks for all of your help.

    There is more than you can see. I have a 2013 MH. I had a minor leak in the sky light. The first thing I noticed was water under the shower. Apparently came down inside the wall. Fortunately I caught it right away and repaired the problem. I suspect there may be more of a problem than you can see.

    if its that soft you can push it? there more damage than you can see,just my thoughs, if theres any sign of water run.
