Coach is full of seams, in addition to places that can simply develop holes. Once in, water can migrate and drip a distance away from the source.
Best way is to pressurize the interior of the coach and spray the outside with soapy water. Many RV shops do this professionally. Some of us have built homemade pressure testers with things like furnace blowers.
