On my Monaco coach I had a condensate problem due to shifting fiberglass insulation in the front cap behind the cabinets. This only happened in cool/cold weather, not during the hotter months. I used spray foam to fix the problem after I removed an upper cabinet.
There is also a possibility that your clearance lights are leaking, if the leak happens when it is raining.
